SB FITNESS | Sam Burn

Sam knows first hand what it’s like to step into a gym for the first time, feeling unsure of where to start. His own gym journey began in secondary school but at the time he lacked the confidence and knowledge to know where to start and how to achieve his goals. He struggled to make progress which led to him giving up, a decision he wishes he could now change.

However in 2022 he decided to give it another shot and hasn’t looked back since.

Now a qualified Personal Trainer with gym floor experience, Sam is passionate about helping others avoid the same struggles he faced and is armed with the knowledge and tools to help guide you through the gym.

Being at the start of his career, he brings fresh energy, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to see his clients succeed. Whether you’re a complete beginner looking to improve your fitness or someone ready to get back into training or take it to the next level.
