FAQS
ASK US
If you’re unable to find the answer to your question in the FAQs or would like further information on anything please feel free to ask!
No question is too weird or silly, especially if you’re unsure about something! (Spoiler alert, not everyone knows what they’re doing in a gym, even if it might look that way!)
Feel free to ask us anything - even if you need advice on what to bring, how to use the equipment, need to know the exact width of a treadmill from another or wondering what flavour protein shake tastes best in the post workout air at DOMS Fitness.
It’s a judgement free zone.
(unless you don’t re-rack your weights, then we judge… a lot).

We work with a couple of PTs that we allow access to train with clients in our facilities. If you are interested in providing PT services in the gym please contact us to discuss hello@domsfitness.co.uk
Due to insurance and liability concerns we do not allow PTs to come in and train clients without prior agreement. Even if both PT and client are paying members. If you are found to repeatedly breaching this rule, you risk your membership being revoked.

We get it life is a tricky balance with kids, but unfortunately children aren’t able to come in with you for safety reasons.
Think of the gym as YOU time. You'll thank us later.
We do provide a family membership for children aged 15 and above. This covers yourself plus 1 adult and 2 children (aged 15 - 17) from the same household. 15 year olds are welcome to train at the gym on their own during the set hours. Outside these hours they will need to attend with you to gain access.
We may ask for proof of age. -
Our gym is manned throughout the day.and access is only allowed using your QR code supplied to paying members. We ask that members don’t tailgate and each member scans to sign in, this allows us to know how many members are in the gym for fire and safety reasons.
We also have CCTV in place to monitor who is coming in and to ensure safety of all our members during our 24/7 access. The mens and womens bathrooms are only accessible by separate pin codes that will be issued upon your sign up.
Anybody found to be breaching safety rules will have their membership revoked with immediate effect.
Antibacterial sprays and paper towels will be available for you to ensure the equipment is sanitised. We ask that all members sanitise the equipment, mats etc they have used after they’ve finished and put equipment back where it belongs.
